Hello,
I’m Sean McCall. I will graduate from the Le Cordon Bleu Program, The California School of Culinary Arts in a few short weeks.

I am a mature student who already had years of experience working all facets of the kitchen line, as well as leading the crew as a chef, before deciding to enroll in culinary school to take my career to the next level.
My primary culinary passion is learning about the cuisines of the Mediterranean; Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, Algeria… the foods are as rich and varied as the history and people.
