I have 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry and restaurants. My long term career goals are working in upscale Bed and Breakfasts, hotels, gastro-tourism and teaching.

My work ethics are simple. I believe practice makes perfect. There are no substitutes for hard work, dedication and genuine passion for food and cooking. I am always trying to learn more.
